At Home Creator, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return policy to help resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product was not damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or installation
  • Custom or special-order items are non-returnable

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@homecreatorgroup.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-sized fittings or modified valves
  • Products sold under clearance or final sale promotions
  • Items that have been installed or show signs of wear or use
  • Opened or damaged packaging that cannot be restocked

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to:

  • A product defect
  • Incorrect item sent
  • Shipping damage (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

We recommend using a tracked courier service. Home Creator is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved returns will be refunded within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • If applicable, shipping fees or transaction charges may be deducted

If your return is not approved, the item may be shipped back at your expense.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@homecreatorgroup.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will prioritize resolution through replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability.
